Ariana Clarice Richards is an American painter as well as an actress. She is most well-known for playing Lex Murphy in Jurassic Park, a blockbuster movie. Richards won several Young Artist Awards for her performances as a child, however now as an adult, she has been focusing on her art profession. Ariana Richards was a well-known American actress, painter, and performer who gained fame after playing the character of Lex Murphy on Jurrasic Park. Italian heritage from her maternal side which trace back all the way back to Carlo Crivelli who was a famous Renaissance artist. Also, she is a descendent from boxer John L. Sullivan. In the month of October, 2005, she was the National Professional Oil Painting Competition's top prize, which was organized in conjunction with American Artist magazine. Ariana began by painting a portrait of herself with watercolors based on scenes from the movie Jurassic Park (1996). The artist was holding a spoon with jello as a creeping reptilian swooped down in front of her. The 16th of April 2012 was when Ariana launched a YouTube channel called GalleryAriana on where she uploaded her art. In addition to Jurassic Park (1993) she has appeared in various other noteworthy films, including Tremors (1990) Spaced Invaders (1990) Locked Up A Mother's Rage (1992) and Switched At Birth (1991). Ariana is also the owner of one of her ponies named Kindred.
